  1. 1800 painful yards at the Downtown YMCA

  2. Keep it up everyone! The Y in Myrtle Beach does not have a pool and their rec center is closed on Sundays…so I’m going to finally get back in the pool tomorrow 🙂 I did get to do a 13 mile run on Ocean Blvd yesterday.

    Wed I’m thinking of ordering pizza from Bridge Street Pizza – it’s really good! So, let me know if you’re in…sara@marshillruns.com

  4. 5000 yards at HAC:

    5 x 1000 in 15:45-16 minutes with a 1 minute rest between each one.

    Just wanted to see if I could do it. I will never do it again.
