  1. 3300 total at DDHY this morning.

    300 warm-up
    6 X 50 kicks
    8 x 50 stroke drills
    100 skull
    2100 pull ladder (50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 300, 250, 200, 150, 100, 50)
    100 warm-down

  2. 1100 yard at the DDHY this morning…would have done more, but the car that was on its side on 131 slowed down the traffic and it took to long to get there.

  3. 900 at Wolverine Y at lunch today. Ouch. I have been in the pool now twice since Reeds Lake Tri.

  4. 2000 yards at the DDH YMCA

first day I haven’t seen Perry at the pool. Sara, it gets easier after a few more times. Keep it up!

  5. 1500 Yards at Rockford Y before classes this morning.

  6. a whopping 1000 yards today…felt like poo, but you gotta fight through it!

pray for us ice-climbers this weekend!

  7. I tried to make up for missing yesterday so I went 1500yds-which is a whole lot for me. My 1000yd time was 27.12 for a new pr. That makes three prs in a row. it’s easier if you start out slow.
I heard someone say that you should swim with your fingers slightly apart. That seems counterintuitive to me. Does that work?

  8. Swam 1250 meters at the SE Y. I’ve been dealing with a cold most of the week and today I really felt bad. Difficult day to make to the pool.

  9. 2500 yards at the HAC.

    Perry, hope you feel better.

  10. Swam 1000 yards at Grandville Y. It was nice going at 5:15 pm instead of am. There was no one in the pool. I had the whole place to myself! 🙂

  11. 1000 at Forest Hills Y

  12. 1000 yards.
