Day Nineteen

Training is like wrestling a gorilla— you don’t quit when you are tired; you quit when the gorilla is tired.



  1. 2100 yards at Visser Y at 5:00am.

  2. 1000 Yards at Visser during the Snow storm this morning!

  3. 1200 yards at lunch.

  4. 1500 yards at lunch – DDHY

  5. I had another snow day so I swam for about an hour- I guess I must have gone at least a half mile. (I should hope)

  6. 2000 Yards at the DDH Y

  7. 2700 yards Kentwood

  8. 2600 yards DDHY

  9. 2500 yards at HAC.

  10. 2200 yards at the DDHY after work

  11. 18×50 at GRCC
