Day Three

February 3, 2012

Continuous effort, not strength or intelligence, is the key to unlocking our potential.

  1. Day three I managed to role out of bed early. 1,000 yards at Aim Fitness

  2. Time constraints – had to settle for swimming at the 18 yd pool at Spartan Store Y today – approx 1000 yds at noon. Why would you build a pool that short at such a nice facility? That is a lot of turning.
Look forward to the 50M at JHS tomorrow morning.

    • Dave, I do believe that is a 20 yard pool. Or at least that’s what they told me when I went there to look around.

      • what time you going to be at the high school?

  3. 1600 yards at EGR HG this morning.

    • :Greetings from Los angeles! I’m bored at work so I deceidd to browse your website on my iphone during lunch break. I really like the information you present here and can’t wait to take a look when I get home. I’m shocked at how fast your blog loaded on my phone .. I’m not even using WIFI, just 3G .. Anyhow, superb blog!

  4. 1000 yards at the Visser Y after work. 1 minute faster then yesterday and again, the Poolmate watch was spot on.
